Looks like i got the same problem, i’ve followed the steps but it didn’t work.
< none > appear in the identity details and i’ve updated metadata but nothing happen.

It finaly worked for me ! I’ve just had to modifiy my first display name (in the “set on chain identity” menu) and try again and everything went well
@dieuts After update Metadata did you try to refresh the browser page?
@prome if you are trying to set also Discord field when setting identity, so try to claim more tokens. Other users reported that you need more tokens than 11 AVL in that case. Maybe an issue in the calculation of deposit needed.

Yes i have solved,
the problem was typo in my Discord username, it is case sensitive, i had put “C” instead of “c”,
try only with your name and then you can add more informations, so in this way you can find where is the problem
