Bridging, I need help after I have started bridge and no one would help, instead I got kicked out

I think there should be an automatic free avail when someone bridges. I have an transaction stuck and when I ask for help. I am banned from the discord server. Where am I supposed to find help now. I have no clue how to get a native token. And now I am on my own. I hope this message doesn’t get taken down too and me blocked for ASKING FOR HELP.
