    ➮ Avail has 2 methods for data availability? On-chain data availability and off-chain data availability?
    ➮ Does Avail have an execution layer and an integrated Dispute Resolution (DR) layer? If Avail doesn’t have it, does it delegate the work to Layer 2 solutions like Arbitrum, for example?
