**TURING** VERSION UPGRADE ANNOUNCEMENT: **v2.3.1.0-rc1**

We have a new Turing release that includes the addition of some new RPCs.

They allow for simpler and easier justification, extrinsic and events fetching.

This update **is backwards compatible** and you can update your nodes at your own pace, however to get a good view of efficacy, please upgrade at your earliest convenience.

We will monitor Turing for a week before progressing with Mainnet upgrade.
