Avail is a project that shares with the community a governance mechanism with basic dynamics that selects and organizes the most talented users, which has a unique structure. In this respect, it aims to find proactive users who can perform basic dynamics such as user participation, finding and spreading problems, and creating problems. This is from its ‘quality is advertising’ understanding. These words are not a praise to the avail team and project, but reflect the truth.
