You can currently connect to Kate Testnet via Subwallet. You can also import your substrate-based polkadot{.js} account directly on the Avail explorer here - [Avail Block Explorer](https://kate.avail.tools/#/accounts)  
You could also create a new account on the same explorer page and import it into your wallet.
